You could try headhunting a business manager from Lipseys. I think they are in Baton Rouge.

Other than that start with a CPA, an insurance man, and then maybe a lawyer. You can hire a kid to do your social they know that stuff way better than we ever will.

If you are around 3.5-5 mil revenue/year for three or more straight years someone in private equity will make an offer to buy your company. It's only a matter of time. Only deal with a reputable name, don't go with "ABC Consultants" or the first pushy person that starts calling.
