I have seen this "giveaway" on some other firearm websites as well.
With no real proof here...
I am going to say that it is a scam....to collect your information or to get you to buy into something so you can have your "free" knife.

I just looked it up. Made by M-Tech. About $10.95 from Amazon.
Pass on it, even for free.
