Is a Saiga 5.45x39 ak-74 any good?

NDS-2 last week, has a Tapco G2 trigger and Nodak Spud US made receiver. Can't find ammo though, at least not at the 8 or so shops I've tried.

I'm seeing it online. About $150 +/- per thou shipped for corrosive milsurp.

I'm thinking rifle and 3k rounds about $900 m/l. Can't even buy the 3k rounds of 5.56 NATO for that, much less including the rifle.
