Interesting read but, my take away was same as always. "Some day" we are going to get a good one here. May well be long after I am gone and basically nothing I can really do other than prep. Which I have LONG done. Of course if the home falls down we will be in the same spot as the rest but not losing sleep over it. Having the extra stuff on hand has paid off a couple times too.
