Need a gunsmith (WA) for rifle work

Hi,
I'm hoping someone here knows of a gunsmith who does good quality work.
Work is to supply and fit a .17 barrel to a .22 Hornet bolt action rifle. Chambering to be .17 Hornet, .17 Ackley Hornet or a .17 K-Hornet.
I live in Tacoma so hopefully someone reasonably close.
