Well , its only an airgun , not like its a real gun....

Thing is, it gets youngsters started on keeping fit AND into shooting sports - it is HUGE on the Continent, too. Given the general antipathy towards shooting sports in the UK, it must come as a surprise to realise that not only was Field Target sports invented here, but the UK has two of the best airgun manufacturers in the world right here - AirArms and Daystate.

In Scandinavia they roller-blade instead of running - more in keeping with skiing - and do much the same thing when there is no snow around.

The AirArms S400 Biathlon rifle is my next airgun - as a former Army biathlete I just wish wish there had been something like this in MY heyday.
