Troubleshooting forum section?

I've seen this before on other forums.

It would be cool to have a dedicated section devoted to troubleshooting.

Even cooler if it had drop downs like the classifieds for make and model.

Even even cooler if those drop downs had things like "ammo used" "experience with gun" "new shooter"

Would make helping some folks with their guns dramatically easier!
