The Arisaka mount is in good condition. Only reason I'm selling it is because I got a new light, and the light is longer than the mount so I can't attach it to the rail. I did have a SureFire 300 Scout On it previously, and it fit perfectly.
The IWC mount is for a VTAC Alpha hang guard. Same thing, had the Scout light attached to it for some time, until I upgraded to M-LOK.
