Thank you very much for your information.It's a Yugo M1948 for the M48 Rifle. The Cyrillic over the 44, means "Factory," so it was manufactured at Factory 44, which is modern day Zastava. As for the value, I'm really not sure. Maybe another member can speak to that. I know M48 rifles themsevles are very common and excellent examples typically only sell for around $400.

I know a guy that took two pokes by one and 16 gunshots. He said the bayo was worse than the gunshots.Good Lord that's a nasty piece of hardware. ANY bayonet looks evil and mean. My thanks to any and all service men of any age that had to face or use one of those. Geez.
Izzat what my Norinco '97 Trench would look like with an M1917?Combine a really long pig sticker and a shotgun, things get even more nasty if you're the poor guy standing in a trench and this shows up above you.
