In the 70s the UN passed a resolution that weather changing tech would not be used as a weapon of war. 50 years later the tech is all there. From hurricanes to earthquakes, people would lose their minds wrapping their heads around knowing it can be done from a keyboard at this point. Hundreds of billions invested via the MIT to the AF.

Houston may absolutely be just natural weather, but when you see brutal earthquakes in Haiti (Lithium) or Iran (oil, banking) just know something fraudulent could be happening. Us minions will never know for sure. Just another tool in their tool bag.
