In the old Capitol at Williamsburg there is a room filled with hundreds of muskets. Last time I visited our tour guide told us that early In the Revolution, those guns were spirited out and hidden in the woods because the British were coming to confiscate them. Governor Northam's closet must have a red coat in it along with that white sheet.
