If the Anti-2as want to set a ROF minimum for "Machine Guns" at let's just say, 900 rounds a minute (15 a sec); then the old .50 Browning M2HB and the 30 cal M1919 (not the AN/M2 which can apparently do 1200) would be "not machine guns" by rate of fire

But we know they want to to cap semiautomatic speed to something closer to 400-600 rounds a minute or less, with their arguments against the binary and forced reset triggers
