We bought this a few years ago and put it to good use watching movies at home. There is a tear on the back rest low near the cushion (see photo) and it can be tucked out of sight or covered with a blanket.
We've cleaned it periodically using our Bissel and it could use a good cleaning again as our dog loved laying on it. No stains, but some fading from the sun. I'll be happy to send you more pictures if you want.
Pay whatever it's worth to you. I'd be happy with a box or two of 9mm ammo, but if you really need a big sectional you can have it for free!
