Rep Check on South Ridge Arms (Edgewood, WA)?

Anyone from Puget Sound ever do business with South Ridge Arms in Edgewood? Aero Precision suggested them as having a certain special limited-edition lower I want on-order, and before I make the long slog across the Urban Wastelands to get there I'd like to gather as much info as I can so I have an idea what to expect.

So I made the trek across the Concrete Jungles to check them out. Nice place, good people, and what was only planned to be an interview and small parts purchase turned into special-ordering a limited edition lower.

Need more datapoints to confirm, but so far the preliminary take is that Michele and Dave run a shop I'd be comfortable taking friends and family to.
