That's a RCBS Big Max. Used to load a lot of Military Brass. Very hard for small presses. They don't make them any more.Is that an A2 with the shovel handle
I picked up an A5 4x4 manually Indexing machine. The handle has always intrigued me.

The 1000th of a grain scale was a waste of money. The return to 0 takes to long.Impressive
Those AMP annealers are nice.
I have mine mounted to a piece of 1 1/4" sub-floor plywood. Easily moved to a new surface and stout.C clamped to my dining table when needed. Bins of supplies and toolboxes come out when a reloading opportunity comes up. Hardly ideal but gets the brass loaded!
