I found this website redcolonel.com that sells a variety of (relatively) inexpensive combloc era reproduction scopes, ostensibly made in Belarus.

Has anybody used them before? Is it legitimate?

People are getting repro Soviet scopes from somewhere. I've seen a lot of them on YT.
