They have not changed their restrictions yet:

Magazines

• No magazines over 10rds will be shipped to WA, CA, CT, HI, NJ, MA, MD, NY, Chicago or Washington DC.
• No magazines over 15rds will be shipped to CO.
• No magazines over 30rds will be shipped to OH.

The fact that they are saying free shipping on mags is probably a clue that they are aware of the issue, but I don't see anything about expediting mags or the Oregon mag issues.

Yes, they just shipped me some Sig 320 mags.

Looks like at 75% of the way through check out they are calculating shipping for me added to the cost. Maybe I need to proceed further, but possibly the deal is gone.
