PDX area chop/pin/weld smith needed

Just picked up a VSKA Trooper rifle, think a 762x39 krink with a 16" barrel. Looks really goofy. I want to get the barrel chopped down and a brake pinned and welded on. Any gunsmiths in the Portland area able to do this?

Maybe getmt 308 bolter threaded while im at it
