They fit on the 12 round mags. If you use the 10 round mags they won't work.

Looks like the flat base is needed for the XL, so this won't work.

Wish you were closer. I found out that the smaller plates that come packaged with the 15 rd mags do not work to make the 12 rds seamless with the regular p365.
