Isn't the "unfinished receiver" thing already before SCOTUS in another case? Something about the ATF definition on the topic? The Nevada case may not get very far in its appeal before it is mooted by a higher decision on the topic.

IIRC the fed ATF ruling is in court, yes.

Good question as to how that will affect the NV law, or Oregon's law.
