Noice! I have been rocking a new GMG Daniel Boone for the last three weeks now and have had some great meals. I have a 3# chuck roast on low and slow as I type this. I am treating it like a brisket as a trial for the real deal on Christmas eve. I love the remote phone monitoring feature so I can monitor and make temp changes if necessary while I work.
