I have one use it for both of those things and it works great for both of them. The only thing that I would say is a down side is how fast you can go through primes, but not really a bad thing, just takes time to reload the tubes.
You can't use as much pressure on it as you can a single stage so I can't say that I'd use it for a lot a bottleneck case prep sizing without a good amount of lube.
Having a set of dies for just this press also helps as the die seating height isn't the same as a single stage.
Other than those things, the one I have works beautiful and I love having it.
 
I like mine well enough. Had to do a few mods to make advancing the plate smoother. With smaller casings the mechanism liked to pop powder out of the casing on the way to seating a bullet. Also, the automatic case feeder can be finicky with some cases.
