Calling all 10mm 1911 fans (Kimber fans, too!)
For sale is a beautiful Kimber Camp Guard - this one has around 300 rounds through it (broken in).
Initially, I had a weird failure to feed issue. Sent it to Kimber who replaced parts, polished it up, and test fired 10 mags through it before sending it back (and they uploaded a video for proof) so it's good to go now (I have the paperwork).
It's a lot of fun to shoot and is a beauty, especially with the carved grips. This was going to be my "oh shiz!" outdoors gun, but I'm going a different direction.
Factory tritium night sights still very bright - the gun is only a year old. Minor cosmetic damage to the finish behind the ejection port as shown in pics (Kimber doesn't cover cosmetic stuff, unfortunately).
Firearm comes with original Kimber case and accessories, 1 Kimber magazine, and 2 MecGar magazines (one is still sealed in the plastic). The Ken Onion knife and wooden table are not included
I'll throw in a box of Ammo Inc. 10mm FMJ/TMJ too.
$1000 cash FTF at a Portland area FFL.
I prefer Tigard Pawn4More or A Cut Above in Beaverton, but transfers are on your dime so it's up to you, as long as it's 15 miles or less from Tigard.
Regarding trades: Please hit me up privately if you have a trade offer - I'm really not looking to trade, but I'll entertain an offer if it's in my favor and I want it.
Things I DO NOT have an interest in:
Calibers other than 9mm, .357 magnum, 5.56x45 / .223, 7.62x51/.308 (I'm all set on rimfire)
Firearms which are not made primarily of wood and metal (I have polymer guns and like them just fine; I just don't want another one)
Thanks for looking!
