Well, since the Washington State Supreme Court is solidly liberal, and we're in the 9th Circuit while SCOTUS appears in no hurry whatsoever to take on any 2A/RKBA cases in the near future (and with Justice Thomas fighting the media and the libs for his seat on the bench), I would not hold out any hope for a quick resolution. The courts will find these to be unconstitutional. This is a flagrant attempt to drum up support for their reelection campaigns.
Yessir. Need only look to some other states to see what's coming: background checks to purchase ammo, no on-line ammo sales, local and state taxes (above sales tax) strictly on ammo purchases, limits on buying bulk ammo from retail outlets - possible training requirements just like for firearms purchases, oh, and better believe the permit to purchase will rear its ugly head again (if Oregon's law doesn't get shut down for good) and it will be applied to ammo purchases as well.Stock up on ammo y'all, that's the next item to ban/restrict. Get it while you can.
The Oregon gun rush was a massive Christmas bonus to LGS.Gun stores are doing so awesome this week. Support the local businesses!

have they banned sights and optics yet? This is nuts!
Get ready Washington.
So our political system is supposed to have three independent branches. Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. When the governor and the state AG script bills for the legislature, the independent nature described becomes blurred.Jay and Stupid Bob pulled out all the stops and actually had these bills pre-written and provided to the legislature when the session opened.
This you can count on. Another monkey-see, monkey-do from California politics.Stock up on ammo y'all, that's the next item to ban/restrict. Get it while you can.
Exactly! But the sheeple in our state neither understand this nor care. If this weren't so tragic, and it was happening elsewhere, I'd find it ludicrous and funny. But alas, it's here, and it's simply sad and depressing. So our political system is supposed to have three independent branches. Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. So they are just willfully ignorant. From:

"The ACLU disagrees with the Supreme Court's conclusion about the nature of the right protected by the Second Amendment."

Many on the Left view the 2A "issue" as inherently Right Wing. Accordingly, as a Left-leaning outfit, it isn't something that the ACLU will get behind. As an aside, shame on the ACLU for never fighting for the 2nd Amendment, simply picking and choosing from the 1st, 4th, 5th, 8th. Later the ACLU worried about the 13th, 14th, 15th and 19th Amendments, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, but always has been silent on the 2nd.
