Been looking at ICF construction for some time. Has so many other benefits as well including security and fire-resistance. If I ever build again, it will be an ICF structure.

Make sure your contractor is well versed in ICF, most people (and even some experienced concrete contractors) think it's just like stacking Legos. There is a lot more involved and if the forming isn't done right and it fails its a much bigger problem than with a tradionally formed and poured foundation.
