Sounds like what is found in Glocks? Information in catalog page implies that it was available in any of their .22 and .30 centerfire rifle models at extra cost of $12. Those made with Ultragon barrels are marked as such.

Looks basically like a form of polygonal rifling, with "hills and valleys" instead of lands and grooves. Provides a tighter bullet to barrel fit and is easier to clean. Funny name for a rifling/barrel setup, but intriguing.
