Unfortunately I don't think you'll be able to get a 10/22 if you live in WA. They're considered an "assault weapon"
They are still available. You just have to pay an additional $18 ? during transfer and doing so makes you agree with the state that the rifle is an "assualt" weapon. Then it is subject to later confiscation when they ban "assualt " wweapons.

Oh okay. Yeah I just looked it up and it says the 10/22 is one of the only semi auto rifles available for purchase. Sheesh.

Honestly it's pretty bad in Washington.
Ruger 10/22 is still allowed as long as it
doesn't look scary. I should say I'm looking for any Ruger 10/22 that's not dressed up too fancy. From my understanding a mini-14 with a wood stock is acceptable. It's hard to keep up

As far as I know ruger pc carbine is also wa legal
