Freddies was about last on my list for gun related anything. We shop there just for some deals on groceries and because they have the best looking veggies compared to other stores. Whos still buying magazines now days though anyways? Personally I don't care if a store stops selling guns or gun related stuff if I shop there for other reasons. Even bimart. I see bimart brought up a lot on this site but my bimart has the smallest selection of guns. I could care less if they stopped selling them. To each their own though. Go to a local gun shop.

I still do...well subscribe at any rate to two of 'em...
Muzzleloader and Muzzle Blasts being the two.
Backwoodsman is one that while I don't subscribe to , I do seek out at times.

I also read actual books and have an extensive library here at the house....:D

Well, I would go to the magazine stand at Freddy's, especially while my wife shopped in clothing or makeup, and I would look for articles in the mags that reviewed or discussed things I was interested in whether an actual firearm or accessories, (I'm an instructor) or new techniques or new potential firearms for students etc...I would buy the mag and share good info with others. But it must make the world safer, now with out pictures or articles about guns in the store. Its a great Virtue signal.

If so, it's maybe because someone complained to management or corporate that they didn't like seeing Freddies having porn out on their shelves for all to see.... (gun porn;)).

Do the same. Complain to their local management AND their corporate office that you are offended by the lack thereof.

Freddy's sucks! I can't stand anything about them any more. All prices are high at stores but the amount of horrible, stupid, infantile commercials that fred's runs is insane. When you shop there, you're paying for that. Their store brand chicken is injected with salt and flavoring. Here in potland it's where the wokester maskers shop. When I do go in there, which is very seldom, I notice a lot of the people are still wearing masks.
My personal shopping is done at winco here. Too bad you don't have Albertsons or Safeway there in Redmond. I wish you luck.

if I recall there was a thread on this same subject here years ago, yet the Freddys near me still sell gun magazines.

My local Freddies still sells gun related magazines. They have moved them to the back rows of the upper shelves ... behind the motorcycle magazines featuring women with big headlights on the covers.

Thanks for nothing, hipster gun rag.

Motorcycles, guns, females with large female attributes, it appears that the same magnetic pull that drew me to the grocery store magazine shelf 55 years ago as a young male, is still in existence today.
I do love America.

Oh geeze those commercials. They're horrible. If they only played them once in a while, fine. But they play them on every radio station at every break. Same with those crap dynovit commercials. Guess who's not going to buy bubbleguming d y n o v i t e or go into Freddy's? OK, rant over. Cigars has spoken.
