Always been pretty happy with their selection and the staff more than willing to help. However. I purchased a suppressor and gave all relevant info (prints, pictures forms and check) in July. Only to find out they didn't send it to ATF, at least according to the lady I talked to on the phone, until mid December. Bit irritated when we already have an expected 10 month wait And they seem to have held on to it for 6months.
