Like new , no packaging. Never worn for more than a couple minutes. Fits sub-compact or micro size handguns. Works perfectly for Micro9 or Glock 43/42. Would probably work with XDs and EMP size handguns as well. Extremely comfortable, I use the next size up from this for my 1911. Retail for $25
