Everyone is out of stock in 30s but just grabbed some on GBroker. So much for supposedly 2A supporting dealers.

Some vendors have Oregon on their "Restricted States" list.
Find another seller and move on.

Some still do until the actual law goes live. I'd simply shop elsewhere. Buy what you can now.

Indeed. I found multiple revolver listings on GB in which the seller set that they won't ship to Oregon. Utterly brain-dead.
