Where in the Portland metro area is a good place to find Blackpowder supplies?

Thank you. I obviously have a lot to learn.
I bought 2000 #11 caps yesterday here in yUK, but I guess they are not much use to you, right? But I strongly recommend a trip down the Joe & Suzi's place in Springfield.
Lots of good places to eat around the neighbourhood, too.
Tell us more about your new rifle?

I've been looking at their website. It looks like a fantastic place
Cabela's in Tualatin does carry a small assortment of muzzleloader supplies.

Yup, Agree. They have been very nice to me over the years. They are great!Meanwhile, Joe and Suzi's place down in Springfield has a HUGE assortment of muzzleloader supplies, in fact, they have very little else.

AFAIK, "real" black powder has not been legal for sale in Multnomah County for many years.Have any new Metro area suppliers popped up that carry real black powder?
Interesting. I don't think I have ever seen it in any Metro area stores. I guess I will have to place an order with powder valley, or watch the classifieds closer, or settle for BP substitutes, or try making my own, or experiment with smokeless powder in BP firearms (carefully of course) Choices, choices.AFAIK, "real" black powder has not been legal for sale in Multnomah County for many years.
The only "carefully" in this case is Don't do that.experiment with smokeless powder in BP firearms (carefully of course) Choices, choices.
