barrel threading on Romanian SAR-2?

Can any one recommend a smith would could thread a Romanian SAR-2? The purpose would be for suppressor mounting, so strict bore alignment is critical. It's an existing rifle so the barrel is mounted in the receiver and i don't have the ability to take it off, so there's that hitch too.

@Velzey does STELLAR work, he cut down and threaded an AR barrel for me.

For threading and installing a suppressor, the barrel really should be removed from the action. It's extremely difficult to dial in the entire receiver while it's connected to the barrel and run two steady rests on the bbl.
So then removing the barrel, you most likely have to do some refinishing work.. When it's all done it's almost worth it to buy one already threaded.
