That video didn't explain anything at all
Fair point.

He covered it in previous videos, but the gist of it is that the ATF has decided that if you sell a lot of guns or if you sell guns just to make money, and you don't have an FFL, you're breaking the law. Since they're the ATF, they use vague criteria and won't clarify anything, so you have no idea how many is too many or what constitutes selling for profit. So, you know, like, just carry on as best you can and if we feel like it, we'll charge you with a bunch of felonies. It's totally not meant to make people afraid to sell their guns, we swear.

What happens if someone dies and their spouse sells, or if someone gets into a financial pinch and needs to offload a few to make rent? Felonies for providing for the family? Makes sense, might as well shoot the family dog, LOL, not really.

A minor victory on the new rule. Set to go into affect tomorrow, Texas, a handful of 2A rights groups and individual plaintiff scored a TRO based on an APA violation and are "substantially likely to prevail on the merits". The court did not examine the other claims of the plaintiff's (IE., 2A, 4A, etc grounds) since it failed firstly on the first APA claim.

To be clear, the TRO only affects the plaintiffs and is "not" a nationwide injunction... however... it is a victory that helps to gain more ground against the alphabets overreach.

In typical fashion, the alphabets rinse and repeat rebuttal was their canned, "no standing, and even if they do, their claims fail on the merits".
