CBS News reports that the city of Baltimore and everytown are suing the alphabet for denying a FOIA request for gun trace data that is federally protected. IOW, federally prohibited from disclosing that information to anyone other than LE and/or prosecutors for specific cases. ( the tiahrt ammendment if anyone is interested)
I found it interesting in the article as well they stated, "The ATF maintains a database of firearm trace data"... which is supposedly illegal too, but... our gooberment doing illegal chit(?)... old news.
