As title reads, this is for a Cerro-forged upper receiver that's been properly assemble with a dust cover, A2 forward assist (FA), and a mil-spec charging handle (CH). A4-style upper receiver has no T-marks and bears the keyhole symbol for a Cerro-forging. All new & unused, kept oiled up in storage, but not in any OEM packaging.
