Barrel is pinned and welded with a VG6 Delta muzzle device and has a 1 moa guarantee through Ballistic Advantage. Comes with Nitrided Aero Precision BCG, 45 degree iron sights, Aero Atlas rail, BCM KAG grip, Mission First Tactical Minimalist stock, H Buffer, Hogue grip, and a Patriot Ordinance Factory 4 lb EFP drop in trigger. Throwing in a brand new set of QD 1.25" sling swivels. About $950 in parts.

Question.. 14.5" barrel, isn't anything under 16" a pistol?

A pinned and welded muzzle device, of appropriate length, that makes the overall length of the barrel 16" or greater is legal for use as a rifle. The pinning and welding is considered permanent.
