Looking for re-assembly tips

I have been watching a couple of U-tubies - the first guy launched the spring, not confidence inspiring.


In particular getting the forward tube assembly - the arms - in past the L/R Shell latch.
I have done it, but seems very fiddly so there has to be some better technique.

Yea, I could try to do it 50 times

If you have a recommended video that could help.

My "issue" is that in the videos, they just go in ...

Brownell's

You have to have it level and the bolt has to be on those bars sometimes it takes a few times. This does not mean to get a bigger hammer lol
