Beautiful muzzleloader that needs a new home.
Used, in above average condition.
Austin & Halleck Mountain Rifle.
Earlier model made in Weston, Missouri.
Percussion. 50 caliber. Plum bluing. Set trigger.
Comes with an additional barrel. One is 1:28" twist the other is 1:66", so you're set for both round ball & conical loads.
Rifle shows minimal use, afew scratches and dings but nothing major.
1:66" barrel currently has Lyman front and rear sights on it. Original Buckhorn rear sights & German Silver front sights are included if you care to make it original.
Has been sitting in the safe for close to 25 years, it's time for it to find a new home.
No FFL required. Local sales preferred. No interest in shipping.
$750 cash OBO. Trades of silver/gold coins/bars entertained.
