Subsonic 7.62x39 loads.

I have some coated cast 220gr bullets I want to load in 7.62x39 cases for subsonic bolt action use. I will have Unique and a fast pistol/shotgun powder to use. Any load recommendations?

Here is one person's suggestions with various bullet weights and IMR 4227. I will go ahead and bring some 4227 with me as well. The heaviest bullet he tried was 190gr.

3gr Ramshot Competition with 150gr fmj and 2.8gr with 220gr cast projectile works. 8gr of Unique also works. None of the loads cycled the action.
