Your Coyote Hunting Rifle?

I have a Remington 40x chambered in 22-243, a wildcat.

I use this for when I don't need to do much hiking:

Bushmaster with 24" SS FA bull barrel in 5.56, Vortex 6-24x50 HST.

I plan to use this one when I need to do a bit of hiking:

Ruger American in 5.56, 16" barrel. I've added a sling.

Here is my .240 - built by Mashburn Arms about 1949 or 1950 as best I know. I've shot 3/8" groups at 100 yards with it and taken coyotes at 250 with no problem. I'm hoping to get out to a rockchuck field one of these days and give my loads a try out to 600.

I imagine with that rifle and scope you have to try really hard in order to miss! She's a Beauty!
