Hell we had a rotary phone and a party line we shared with a couple neighbors. I'm only 36 but grew up in BFE. One channel on the TV and I remember the first time my parents brought home a color TV and I watched the Flintstones on it. And yes from the age of 10 on, .22 was my constant companion.


I was probably one of the last ones to grow up like that.

My wife had our 2nd child the other day and we were in the hospital room when someone called on the "old school" land line phone. When my wife hung up my 3year old daughter was so confused. Asked what the phone was.
I guess she only thinks iphones are phones.
