I am glad to have found this forum. I was just looking for safe and legal places to practice. I am just getting back into firearms (maybe hunting if my lovely bride is willing to grant the time). I joke that I loved hunting and fishing in a previous life, before marriage, kid, and career. Though I grew up with firearms and served in the military, I didn't feel a need for one in my life until recently. It is good to find this resource for local information about laws, places, and events.

Once we're able to start using the public lands again, check out the organized clean ups. It's the best way to meet the community and learn where and how to use public lands responsibly.
