Year of Weatherby Mark V production

My internet search skills are coming up short. I'm trying to find the year of production of a Mark V. Weatherby's website only gives a decade long range. Any tips appreciated.

I tried calling Weatherby and couldn't get them to answer their phone.

Usually CS reps are slow to respond anyway. I would think that if you can get someone to answer that they will have a more in depth history of serial numbers. Good luck. Keep at it.

I reached Weatherby today, they were very helpful.

They were able to find the ship date of a rifle a few serial numbers after this one, and give me that date.
