Yay, am recovering at home after surgery.

Just tried mixing the cider vinegar with V8 & Spicy V8 at 50/50 and its great.
I always drank the vinegar straight and it knocks your breath out.
Never thought of the juice.
I like the V8 as it blends with the taste of the vinegar better.
It works wonders on the gallbladder.
I just take it now to keep from having any more flare ups and it also keeps heartburn away..

And I am home again. And I hope that I will be on the road to recovery. They think my gallbladder got obstructed by a stone and at least the drain gives me time and options.

I take it to neutralize uric acid in my shoulder joint that is still a bit sore.. the acid eats at a joint and it may never heal. The side effect is as you say, and raising your PH this way has all sorts of healthy effects

There is a great deal of good info here, but people should read all 3 pages before using it.

The benefits can be great but there may be some circumstances where folks might want to avoid it.

It helps me a great deal.

One thing is adding an acid, actually reduces the heartburn by causing your system to have a reverse effect of reducing the amount of stomach acids.
