Im interested in your AR.
Does it have both the 5.56 and .22 uppers.?

No, I have the bolt and mag. I just measured and a .22 and a 5.56 both have the same diameter (5.56mm)
I will tell you that when you fire .22 rounds they will need to be a high velocity round. .22 rounds that you would buy from say Walmart (or the cheaper ones) wont eject properly. You might be able to play with it and get it to work (I dont have enough knowledge to do it)
