I have an XDm 9mm that shoots great with anything I have ran through it so far.
If I use the hotter +P ammo (Buffalo Bore/Thunder ranch,etc...)
Do I need to use a stronger recoil spring to prevent undue stress?
Anyone know?
No, you don't need to. Not unless you plan to use only +p ammo for thousands upon thousands of rounds. A stronger recoil spring can cause malfunctions when used with regular pressure ammo.
