XDm Adjustable Sights

Any recommendations on an adjustable sight for a XDm-9? Took mine to the range for the first time today and it shoots about 8" above point of aim at 15 yards. I understand that this is supposed to be aimed at the 6-oclock of target, but this seems to impact way to high. I had a few other people shoot it to make sure it wasn't just the effect of my morning coffee.

Hmmmm.... I used to have an XDm and it didn't shoot high at all. The only problem I had with it was that the grip made me pull the pistol to the side when squeezing the trigger (since the curve of the grip is way higher than the trigger).
