I have many for my G27, G30, and G19. Work great and look good. Allows you to reload more rounds and shoot with a bigger grip when at the range.

That's how I used it, with a 19 magazine. It makes the 26 a little more concealable that a 19, since it gives the backstrap an overall rounder shape than the square g19 grip. I eventually decided it's not a sufficient improvement to bother with, and went back to carrying a 19. If I need deep concealment, I carry a g43 with a +1 TTI mag extension

No issues with the xgrip (g19 version) though, it's comfortable and looks good on the pistol.
