Going through a box of stuff and found this holster. Must have been something I got from my father and no clue how he got it. I don't know if this is something you folks would be interested in but figured I'd post it here before trying ebay. I have no need for it and have not done any cleaning on it. There is some stampings on the back side but all I can make out are 1915 and TOC under it.
What is it worth? Clueless. 20 bucks or 200 bucks? I had planned on listing it on ebay for $100 and see if there was any response. I'll do the same here. You can send email to [email protected] or call me at 503-5151903 if interested. Holsters 009.JPG Holsters 010.JPG Holsters 012.JPG Holsters 011.JPG

What you have is a Model 1912 Cavalry Holster. ( For the 1911 pistol )
It appears to be missing the tie down strap ... That being said , most are missing from the holsters. I guess it wasn't popular to tie down? ...
These were discontinued after WWI. Many were converted to 1916 style holsters.
The 1916 does not have the swivel hanger like the 1912.
Kinda neat to see one.
